As a Residence Coordinator, you will work directly with our developmentally disabled adults in their homes, supporting them in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.

You will be joining a passionate community of professionals and staff who support each other in a diverse and rewarding work culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervises residential DSP staff as they carry out daily care duties
• Ensure all documentation is completed and filed correctly
• Provide support, instruction, and written plans to ensure residents are living in a safe and nurturing environment

What We Require:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• New York State Driver’s License required
• At least 5 year of experience working or volunteering with similar population, including some supervisory experience
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
