Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Sales, or an equivalent customer-facing role.
- Experience working with legal and agreement management teams to facilitate agreement reviews, revisions, and execution.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with a variety of customer and commercial management tools or technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, email campaign tools, etc.)
- Excellent discovery and agreement facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of annual customer renewals, ensuring customer retention and growth in year-over-year renewal rates.
- Own and lead renewal processes in collaboration with Account teams (e.g., Sales and Customer Success) to preserve and improve customer agreements and relationships.
- Prepare proposals, including renewal rate calculations and agreement preparations.
- Verify agreements and data integrity of quotes. Review terms and conditions to ensure renewal subscriptions are aligned to company guidelines and policies.
- Identify opportunities to maximize customer growth.
