As a Senior Release Manager you will be responsible for supporting your Product teams successfully deliver products and projects that may spawn across multiple departments and geographies. You will work closely with the engineering and the other stakeholders' teams on identifying dependencies and critical issues and help drive them to resolution. This role requires being able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
What you'll do at UiPath:
- Facilitate the release delivery process and help manage scope and dependencies.
- Drive delivery of releases on a weekly/monthly cadence.
- Coordinate with cross functional groups on cross team dependencies and release activities.
- Manage release status updates and provide clarity to all stakeholders, including the team, on progress towards the agreed milestones.
- Facilitate retrospectives and ensure proper follow-ups on the agreed next steps.
- Establish standardization and consistent release management processes globally and cross department coordination of release functions.
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management roles working in software development projects.
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise product releases and SaaS products.
- Experience with agile and/or hybrid methodologies and continuous integration.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience building processes, project management and release schedules on a global scale.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Azure Devops (VSTS), Productboard is a plus
- Knowledge of RPA and experience with UiPath products is a plus.

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $172,750. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
