Desired Traits

This role is primarily outside between Kern - Tulare County with 80% of the time spent face-to-face talking with prospective clients: (The people who own the eye sore houses we want to buy).

  • Fast-paced, highly organized, and goal oriented!
  • You understand that for everyone to work at a high level, you must work at a high level. You are the definition of a Team Player!
  • You follow up on your phone calls and emails quickly.
  • You are comfortable driving all around the Valley and being in your car 5-6 days a week. 45-50 Hours per week.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong face to face conversation skills.
  • You are organized and have outstanding time management skills!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Diligently prospect for, qualify, and follow up with potential clients: (The people who own the “eye sore houses” we want to buy).
  • Schedule appointments for our Home Buying Specialists to purchase real estate and generate new business.
  • Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments with potential clients.
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline by talking to potential clients that want to sell their property.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Mandatory requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or in a sales position.
  • Professional Career (Not a entry level position)
  • Since this is a real estate investment role, we have to be available when our clients are available. Weekdays, Weekends, Mornings, Afternoons, and Evenings.
  • Must be willing to regularly work evenings and weekends to meet with clients.
  • Must be willing to work 45-50 Hours per week.
  • Willing to accept phone calls and follow up with clients between 8:00am and 8:00pm daily (including Saturday and Sunday).
  • Real estate license is NOT required.
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Valid Drivers License and ability to meet Oak Valley Homebuyer’s driving requirements
