About us

Coverstar Arizona has been family owned and operated since 2001. We distribute, install, and service automatic pool covers all across the state.

This position will be responsible for answering phone calls, providing our customers with excellent customer service, managing our technician service schedules, and other various administrative duties. This person is happy, outgoing and enjoys being busy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Field phone calls & emails -- taking messages, relaying information, scheduling jobs
• Perform administrative functions
• Provide high level customer service and communicate with customers
• Schedule appointments, update, and coordinate our complicated and ever-changing service schedule
• Provide customers with service appointments and collect the necessary information for the technicians
• Stay in contact with our customers to determine job satisfaction
• Provide estimates for new construction and service related jobs

• Must have listening skill and be able to respond to questions and concerns
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Able to define problems, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to develop good working relationships and communicate professionally with pool builders and customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Safford, AZ 85546: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
