Trabuchi & Trabuchi Dental is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our practice located in Vineland, NJ. The position is four days a week, Monday-Thursday. In search of someone who is team oriented and ready to join our exclusive, fee for service, family run dental practice; where the main focus is high quality, patient-centered care.

Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Greeting patients and effectively updating medical history
• Warmly answering phones and making scheduling appointments
• Checking patients out and collecting payments after treatment
• Pulling and filing charts
• Verifying and completing insurance claims
• Maintaining a full schedule for doctor visits and hygiene appointments
