Job Scope:

This position provides customer service to car dealers at the front counter and supports the auto auction in accurately and efficiently maintaining records, computing, classifying, preparing, recording and verifying financial and vehicle title data.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience via hospitality and eagerness to assist
• Answer phone calls and customer questions
• Greet dealers, public customers and visitors
• Provide general information to customers
• Make hotel or transportation arrangements for customers or visitors occasionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Experience 1-2 years front office customer facing experience required
• Car dealership, auto auction or similar automotive industry experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills required
• Must possess basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity

Hours:
Monday - Friday
3pm - 7pm

Pay: $12.50 per hour
