Details of the Position:
- $16.50 an hour, plus the potential for overtime
- Sign-on bonus (ask for details)
- Quarterly bonus- up to $500
- Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k with company match
- Paid vacation/sick time, Parental leave, and 8 paid holidays
- $1,300 a year in free groceries
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 5 AM-1:30 PM
What you will be doing:
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
- Perform various warehouse activities such as receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products
- Keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed
- Organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and label orders
- Please note, duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be supplemented at any time at your Manager’s discretion.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the warehouse environment and receiving
- The ability to stay focused and work efficiently both alone and as part of a team
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for the full shift
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (34°F).
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Produce-handling experience
- Bonus points: Food safety certification or forklift certification
