Quotation Specialist

As a Quotation Specialist you are part of the Bespoke team. You will be responsible for processing our biggest and most valuable orders. Helloprint always has big growth ambitions, and we are striving for a big increase in sales.

You enjoy guiding customers through the entire process; you are there to help from finish to start. You guarantee a quick and easy process for the customer, but at the same time you think about optimising our margin. For this role we are looking for the perfect mix of a commercial mindset and strong communication skills.

What you do

• You keep an eye on orders and make sure that everything is running smoothly. From order to delivery, you ensure that everything goes according to plan;

• You maintain close contact with our customers so that they are aware of the progress and 100% satisfied at all times;

• You are continuously looking for ways to improve the margin and contribute to an increase in turnover from this very valuable customer group;

• You always look for ways to improve customer satisfaction. As assertive as you are, you look for all opportunities to assist customers in their orders or in communication with suppliers;

• You prepare quotations for all custom requests we receive.

What are we looking for

• You think outside the box, for you there is always a way to offer the product to the customer even if you have to take an extra step to get there;

• 
  You are someone that is detail-oriented;

• You are known with our products on our website;

• You have a commercial mindset and know how to make the best profit margin;

• You are fluent in English, other European languages are a plus!
