Job description
Mission and main objectives:
To ensure the quality of PWT development through Test Project Control (TPC) activities, Prototype Management and Test S/R process in SM3.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Related to Test Project Control (TPC) role:
  • Create and manage Global Test Plan and agree D+D resources to test
  • To identify the required activities according to the projects’ definition
  • To identify concerns/risks (related to both tests and resources) and propose solutions/mitigation plans
  • UTC vehicles management (schedule, arrivals, booking, re-assignment, retrofits, etc.)
  • Test Matrix management (including Test Request Sheets) and Test Parts requirements from Test Sections
  • Coordination/support for Test Sections (reporting, milestone preparation, internal agreements...)
  • Communication with Marketability/Vehicle side
  • Constant communication with ENG Test Sections and Project Control (ENTAN)
Related to Test Step Review process:
  • Plan S/R events according to each project’s Master Schedule
  • Arrange Test S/R and pre-meetings
  • Agree and prepare meeting material
  • Appoint and lead meetings
  • Prepare summary to report during the meeting to top management
  • Summarize discussed items and write clear meeting minutes
  • Follow-up agreed actions
Related to Prototype Management role:
  • Assess representativeness of UTC (pedigree) according to Test Sections requirements and Plan upgrades accordingly
  • Constant communication with e-planning and VEH Control Units Design
  • Physical checks of UTC. Tracking of Retrofits and Updates.
