The Hampton Inn Airport is searching for a detailed-oriented problem solver to fill our Night Audit Position. Have you always been deemed as a Night Owl? If you have an eye for catching and correcting errors and staying organized. This is the job for you! We are seeking a part time night auditor, with potential for full time in the future, if desired. Also potential for other swing shifts if desired. This is mostly a part time night audit WEEKEND position.

The Night Auditor is responsible for closing the hotel's business day and preparing for the next day's arrivals. Being customer service-friendly, assisting guests, answering phones, and providing a memorable experience leaves our guests wanting to book their next stay!

Some job duties include:

• Multitasking phone lines and guest requests.
• Ability to learn to use computer property management reservation and credit card systems.
• This position requires the ability to review items closely.
• Check in guests / check out guests / take reservations
• Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies
• Balance the cash drawer and resolve out of balance accounts
• Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
• Help prepare the next agent for the following day

Pay: $14.50 per hour
