Job Description
The Proposal Writer is responsible for responding to requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for
information (RFIs), and ensuring all responses are current, well written and accurately reflect
Prime’s key messages, products, and services.

Job Duties

• Manage the proposal response process of mid-size RFPs and serve as first point of

contact to internal and external stakeholders about bid opportunity, product gaps,
or process roadblocks.

• Ensure adherence to Company proposal process by creating responses to solicitation,

RFQs, RFIs and proposal questionnaires

• Interviewing subject matter experts (SMEs), and conducting research; drive the internal

cross-functional responses to ensure timely and comprehensive completion of required
proposal response

• Ensure inclusion of strategic positioning and messaging as directed by the sales.

• Review proposals to identify areas of concern, unique requirements, and opportunities for

differentiation

• Identify and organize appropriate exhibits to effectively support proposals and ensure.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related area of
study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
2 – 4 years of work experience responding to proposals.
Proficient in writing original proposal text and modifying existing proposals to meet the
specific needs of each new RFP, RFQ or RFI
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency Sponsorship.

Compensation: Competitive total compensation package; commensurate with experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
