CACI is seeking a Program Operations Specialist to join our team at Scott AFB, IL. This position is in support of CACI’s Headquarters Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC) that reinforces CACI’s role as an industry leader in supporting the operational needs of the Medical Logistics community. What You’ll Get to Do:
- As a mission essential member, you’ll provide supply ordering support to the Operational Aeromedical Evacuation and Critical Care Air Transport Team program
- Managing the Concept of Operations and daily interactions providing customer support to the unit level
- Partner in the Program Management and Facility Management support activities
- Update and maintain the supply and re-supply system for AMC or AMC-gained medical and aeromedical units
- Maintain the Quality Assurance (QA) information file and communicate notices to units tasks with critical care or aeromedical in-flight kits
- Provide customer service and knowledge to unit-level users dealing with the various subjects such as: Patient Movement Items, Supplies, Equipment, Doctrine, Personnel, Training, UTCs, AE Squadrons, CCATT Units, and Deployments
- Identify, coordinate and resolve disconnects related to medical material and PMI operational support topics
- Assist in the performance of customer support activity trend analysis used to identify weak areas and develop solutions to correct potential disconnects
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree OR Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of work experience OR 22 years of work experience.
- Experience working with the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) System with a strong emphasis on additional experience in facility management processes and experience in program management activities.
- Knowledge and experience with safe-to-fly test and evaluation requirements/process
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a DOD Clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Active Secret DOD Clearance
- Experience working in/around the Aeromedical Evacuation/Global Patient Movement mission
- Experience leading groups of people towards accomplishment of program/project goals.
- Desired 6 years of Business Objects and Drawbase experience.
