Cambridge is seeking a full-time Cyber and Network Security Program Dean to lead a team of educators for the Global Campus. The Cyber and Network Security Program Dean needs to be an experienced and compassionate provider who always strives to deliver quality education. Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Cyber or related field is required
  • 3 years of relevant for-profit healthcare school teaching experience (required) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Blackboard
  • Cyber and IT related credentials are REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

The Program Dean is responsible for the structure as well as the daily operations of the program, including organization, administration, periodic review and evaluation, continued development of the program’s effectiveness as well as management of staff including instructors and adjunct faculty.

  • Assume the leadership role in the continued development of the program and maintaining regulatory standards for licensing and accreditation
  • Oversee the self-study accreditation process and maintain compliance by providing all pertinent information to regulating agencies
  • Attend seminars and meetings to keep abreast of current technology of industry and educational methodology
  • Orient students to the didactic and certification preparation phases of the program
  • Manage and recruit for the College Program Advisory Committee
  • Create, revise and implement various forms including program handbook and competency and evaluation forms
  • Participate in formal didactic instruction
  • Participate in budget preparation for overall effectiveness of program and learning resources
