The Client Reporting Product Group enables and owns various systems and processes tied to Tax, Statements, Cost, and Client Performance Reporting.
Vision: Ensure data consistency and continuous delivery of innovative tools across various regulatory obligations to provide value to the home office, branches, and clients.
Mission: To provide a customizable, accurate and consistent client reporting experience through a partnership with internal and external clients while ensuring data accessibility, scalability and risk mitigation
What you'll do:
Work as a Sr. Scrum Master to help the teams and areas mature in their understanding of Agile using both Scrum and Kanban. Equally important is coordination with teams outside the Agile Release train; mentoring the team on how best to leverage Agile principles to relentlessly improve; and foster a psychologically safe environment where team members can thrive.

- Plan and facilitate all scrum events (ceremonies).
- Identify, analyze, monitor, and resolve issues and risks.
- Plan and facilitate team activities for Program Increment (PI) planning.
- Plan and evolve appropriate team metrics to promote continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships across areas, divisions, outside vendors, and other teams.
- Facilitate and/or Co-Facilitate Product & Agile workshops and training sessions.
- Serve as a model example for other Scrum Masters on being effective in this role.

Skills/Requirements
What Experience You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Certified Scrum Master; SAFe experience preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience working as a senior scrum master
- Ability to support more than one scrum team.
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban to deliver solutions.
- Proficient experience using Jira.
- Adept at story refinement, story splitting, story pointing and estimating, fostering velocity, actionable retrospection, and PI planning.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical, issue resolution and problem-solving skills
