Product Marketing Senior Specialist

Summary of the role

The Product Marketing, Senior Specialist conducts research and demonstrates a keen understanding of Amadeus’ buyers, customers, and their behaviors for a given solution set, then transfers this knowledge to marketing materials that support the positive perception and positioning of Amadeus in the hospitality technology marketplace.

The Product Marketing, Senior Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic inbound and outbound campaigns and content to support the commercial goals of his or her given solutions. The Product Marketing, Senior Specialist will create strategic campaigns throughout the customer journey with assets that may include thought leadership articles, webinars, email campaigns, videos, and sales enablement materials. Partnering closely with Product and Sales, this role collaborates with External Communications and Digital Marketing teams to plan, create, and execute numerous campaign programs annually.


Your main responsibilities

  • Product Marketing – Develop, maintain, and implement marketing content and strategies for multiple Amadeus solutions across various Buyer Persona(s), Market Segments, Property Types, and Regions
  • Campaign Development – Plan and execute innovative multi-faceted marketing campaigns to reach prospective audiences and existing customers to drive increased engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Account Based Marketing – Partner with Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop, manage, and optimize new Account Based Marketing program.
  • Content Creation – Research, define, and write content for prospects and customers such as emails, articles, blogs, collateral, case studies, etc.
  • Product Marketing Launches — Work with Product and Go to Market teams to plan and execute the launch of new products and releases as well as launches into new segments or regions.
  • Campaign Analytics – Determine the effectiveness of campaigns, provide detailed reports, and suggestions for future optimizations.
  • Market Awareness – Develop and maintain clear and actionable assessments of key marketplace dynamics, including competitive assessments, market assessments, and trend analysis

About the ideal candidate

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • A Minimum of 5 years of related experience in product marketing
  • Experience in strategic marketing campaign creation and management
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the hospitality and/or technology industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Marketing strategy, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing
  • Experience with the Agile Marketing Framework a plus
