We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our Operations team.

THE ROLE
As a Process Engineer, your mission will be to improve all aspects of a piece of equipment in the packing area, owning all KPIs related to the machine. Your main tasks will be:

Analyse and solve problems using our “Stop the Stops” methodology, finding, and eliminating the root cause.
Create and apply setting standards that ensure the correct interaction between machine and material.
Create machine “Zeroes” that allow us to keep the machine in base condition.
Document any other relevant SOP as part of the problem-solving exercises.
Compile all the information created in the “Operator Book” and ensure that all operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified.
Ensure all AM DMS are up to date and followed.
Participate in any industrialization trials that take place in your production line.
Because of all the above, improve safety, quality, and efficiency of the machine of ownership.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’d love to see candidates who:
Engineering degree
Fully competent in Spanish and English.
Advanced user of Office package (Excel, Power Point, etc)
Result oriented
Analytical mind
Able to communicate efficiently
Good team worker but also able to work autonomously
