The team, working closely with the business, subject-matter experts and other partners within the marketing organization, is responsible for developing compelling, differentiated and digestible content, articles, webcasts on key topics and activating the content across all channels globally. Job Summary
In an industry that is continually evolving, how do you create content that applies to a wide range of audiences to help empower better financial decisions and drive change? What are the best channels (ways) to deliver the content to the right client at the right time? We're looking for a skilled marketer, creative thinker and problem solver to join the Global Insights team within the Private Bank.
You will work closely with the Client Deepening Lead and the Global Head of Insights to help shape and execute on the strategy, support the content development, and implement the activation plan for initiatives across the investment insights program.
This is an individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on partnerships with the business and other functional areas. You will use data and analytics to help optimize efforts and inform new strategies that build brand awareness, drive new client acquisition and help Bankers grow their business over time.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with developing and executing compelling content and messaging for global marketing initiatives; supporting marketing programs and content that focuses on client deepening of existing relationships
- Collaborating with the digital team to understand and develop content strategy for digital channels, including public website, social media platforms, video and podcasts
- Developing an omni-channel distribution strategy to deliver targeted content programs at the right time, in a format that will increase awareness of our insights & solutions
- Assisting with multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This includes maintaining a sense of urgency and strong follow up skills
- Pulling and interpreting data to measure KPIs, and helping guide and evaluate effectiveness of strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Developing relationships with business management, the sales team and other marketing colleagues to develop new ideas and communicate team initiatives to ensure efforts ladder to the business priorities
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
You will be a dedicated, driven professional looking to help develop and promote J.P. Morgan's thought leadership in a digital world. You will need to be eager to support large, complex projects and drive change. Key qualifications include:
- Experience in financial services marketing, as well as an understanding of and/or interest in investments and wealth planning
- Strategically motivated and able to integrate business priorities into campaign and structure plans to deliver business impact.
- Experience implementing campaigns across different content mediums - email, web, mobile, video, podcast and social media channels
- Solid analytical skills as well as capacity for conceptual thinking. Must be able to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment within a matrix organization. Experience with Excel and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, with a strong attention to detail to effectively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Ability and desire to be a team player and navigate a highly matrixed organization
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4+ years of marketing or communications experience is preferred
- Assisting with managing budget and processing invoices
