Job requirements:

· Minimum Requirements: Associates in Early Childhood or 60 college credits

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed (Opener/Closer)

· Excellent classroom set-up and management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Organized, self-directed, enthusiastic and flexible

Job responsibilities:

· Plans, prepares and presents lesson plans to students

· Commitment to a quality

· Maintains order and discipline in the classroom conducive to effective learning

· Monitors appropriate use and care of equipment, materials and facilities

· Confers with parents and students regarding progress of assigned students

· Arranges and participates in teacher-parent conferences as necessary

· Other duties as assigned by the Education Director/Owner
