A new postdoc position is available at the Department of Aerospace Engineering, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, FL. The information about this position follows:

Experimental testbed design for In-Space Servicing, Assembly, and Manufacturing (ISAM) applications.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing test benches
- Demonstrated control system implementation experience, including hardware and software (C++, MATLAB, ROS)
- Demonstrated experience with real-time control experiments, data collection, and analysis
- Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with image processing and its implementation
- Experience with dynamics and control of robotic arms
- Experience with spacecraft attitude dynamics and control and astrodynamics
- Familiarity with estimation theory
- Familiarity with navigation theory
The appointment will be for 12-15 months.
