Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our North Bay Commercial Banking Office in Novato.

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading the middle market underwriting and management of portfolio of credits with varying complexity. In addition to managing credit risk, the Portfolio Manager will focus on excellent customer service to retain clients and find ways to grow the loan and deposit base of existing customer relationships. The Portfolio Manager will also work to train and mentor junior staff as appropriate.

Professional / Educational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and minimum 2-4 year’s relevant banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The hiring pay range for this position is $72,614 to $170,197.

In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
