Essential Duties & Responsibilities for Plumbing Foreman:

• Organize projects in the field and maintain active knowledge of project parameters.
• Obtain and study the project drawings and specifications. Including the scope of work as defined by our contract with the General contractor.
• Maintain open communication with the General contractor and attend project meetings.
• Maintain record documents and approved submittals. Notify the project manager if there are missing submittals.
• Maintain a daily log of potential changes or back charges and unusual circumstances that may warrant attention. Report back charges and change orders to project managers.
• Maintain a log of all Change order requests, (COR).
• Write and submit all requests for information (RFI s) and maintain n log of all RFI s.
• Install plumbing systems.
• Train journeymen, apprentices, and laborers.
• Supervise all Jet personnel that you are responsible for. Report tardiness and disciplinary issues to the general manager.
• Maintain daily records of timesheets for all Jet employees that you are responsible for. Submit timesheets to the office. Sign off on all timesheets before submitting them to the office.

Experience and Requirements:

• Valid WA, or Reciprocating State Journeyman's Plumbing License
• Active driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• 2+ years of Plumbing Foreman Experience with large commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects
