Job Requirements:
- Carry out all aspects of treatment and patient care, including evaluative skills
- Utilize manual intervention techniques when applicable
- Provide individualized exercise programming with evidence-based criteria
- Cohesive and timely documentation
- Continuation of professional development through continuing education
- Abides by HIPPA and insurance policies, regulations, and procedures
- Contribution to marketing efforts and business growth
- Exposure to high volume athletics as a therapist, trainer, coach, or participant
- Ability to multitask and perform in a rapid-paced environment
- Dynamic, outgoing personality with effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and analytic mindset
- Willingness to learn and evolve in a professional setting
Education Requirements: Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited physical therapy program
Licensure Requirements: Must have an active physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts
Experience: 2+ years in outpatient orthopedics (preferred)
