CustomCARE is one of the larger PCA agencies in Minnesota that serves children, adults with disabilities, and the elderly population. We are currently seeking PCAs and homemakers to assist clients with personal cares, activities of daily living, errand running, homemaking, homework help, and outings in the community.

One client, a mature adult male quadriplegic in Hastings, MN needs assistance with:

· Bathing-wash his back, bottom, legs and feet, dry him

· Hair Care-comb his hair

· Skin Care-apply lotion to dry skin on his arms

· Oral Care-put toothpaste on the toothbrush

· Nail Care-full assistance as requested only

· Dress/Undress-dress his lower body including socks and shoes

· Mobility-manual wheelchair (he does independantly with standby assist) at home and electric wheelchair for outings

· Transfers-Standby assist and he uses a sliding board independently

· Meals, Snacks, Fluids-prepare and serve meals, drinks with straw

· Peri-care and the urine bag is changed out every morning

· Errands-drive van with client as requested

Immediate need for these shifts:

Monday- Sunday 9am-1pm or 5:30pm-9:30pm (Flexible days. No more than 20 hours per week)
