Payroll Coordinator
Full-time - Onsite
Lenexa, KS

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE JOB
Under general supervision of the HR Manager. Responsible for full cycle preparation and processing a bi-weekly, multi-state payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payroll. Performs all activities necessary to process payroll, maintains related records, including but not limited to employee deductions, accurate data entry into HRIS, new hire and off-boarding processes, time & attendance, preparing payroll reports and documenting and updating procedures as needed.`

WHAT YOU'LL BRING | THE PERSON

• Two years payroll experience of at least 50 employee count OR Associates in Business Administration plus one of the following certifications CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) | FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification).
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivation

• Desire to learn and grow
