• River's Edge Christian Academy's high school program is a certified University-Model School offering an innovative educational approach that combines private Christian school education with home education. Students attend classes on campus only three days per week – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Parents provide instruction at home two days per week – Tuesdays and Fridays, designated as satellite days (homeschool days). On the two satellite days, parents and students follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher, reinforcing the classroom concepts and teaching new concepts as needed. Generous tuition benefits (and preschool childcare) are provided for teachers who have their own children enrolled in the program. First year teacher of 3+ classes will receive a full 100% tuition discount for the first child enrolled and a 50% tuition discount for a second child enrolled. This benefit applies to preschool children also.
