Job Summary: This position is responsible for upholding the cleanliness standards of Six Flags, delivering a superior guest experience, and enforcing all park policies and procedures.

Pay Rate: $14/hr

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

  • Taking pride in the overall cleanliness and safety in all areas of the park.
  • Overseeing the activities of all Team Members within the Park Services Department.
  • Ensuring that Team Members adhere to safety and Guest-first standards through continual supervision, follow-up, coaching, and motivation.
  • Performing consistent follow-up with work crews.
  • Creating a positive work environment through motivation and interaction with all Team Members.
  • Leading teams responsible for sweeping park streets, walkways, and attraction areas.
  • Training of new Team Members in all aspects and positions within the department
  • Identifying Team Members that require additional training and actively dedicating time to develop those individuals
  • Identifying and responding to guest complaints, both behind-the-scenes and in Guest view.
  • Overseeing the general maintenance of all equipment.
  • Working with Operations Staff to ensure the department and park goals are achieved.
  • Maintaining high cleanliness scores on GSS and GSA.
  • Assisting in other areas of the Park Services Department.
  • Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Must possess an enthusiastic and positive Guest First Orientation and enjoy working with people.
  • Ability to motivate with excellent leadership skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding performance as a team member.
  • Must be able to respond immediately, adapt to, and oversee all emergency situations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Able to handle a high volume of calls/tasks that are given.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to walk and stand for up to 5 hours at a time. Applicants must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
