Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist - Orthopedic & Neurologic Disorders In Gardner, Massachusetts

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team Gardner, MA. As an Off-site clinic of a busy Hospital, we are looking for a candidate who can handle the demands of a fast-paced environment and work with orthopedic and neurologic disorders.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and direct PTAs in patient treatment.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for recovery.
Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with orthopedic and neurologic disorders in an outpatient setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
