Job description
We are looking to hire 2 people total as prospective managers for 2 of our locations (1 hired for Ann Arbor and 1 hired for Ypsilanti). The position will start as being hired in as an assistant manager at $16/hour, and if it seems like a good fit to move you up to a manager then the pay would go to approximately $18/hour.
The schedule would be M-F 9am to 5pm, with the occasional Saturday shift sprinkled in (9am-12pm, maybe once a month).
The position entails daily office operations. Administrative duties such as using our software to help customers make payments, handling bills that need to be paid, coordinating with our head office, completing move ins, sending invoices, collection calls, etc. As well as, office cleaning when needed, keeping up with the property's "curb appeal" (light outdoor maintenance work like what you would do at your own house) and having eyes on property daily to know problem's that need to be addressed and how to solve those. Basically just running a smooth sailing ship!
