We are looking for a conscientious Bilingual , organized Office Assistant that enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, copying documents, sending emails and distributing documents to supervisors and other staff, reviewing and updating databases and communicating any pertinent information to those relevant. The office assistant will also be required to prepare the weekly schedule for upper management, answer questions related to office operations, provide administrative support and assist employees with various projects as needed. Pay will also depend on experience, customer service is a Huge part of our buisness and we strive to have the best customer service around, time managment & organazation are a huge key factor to this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors to the company.
  • Answer the phone and respond to queries via email & schedule
  • Calculate, send, and receive invoices.
  • Format reports.
  • Prepare presentations & Documents needing to be sent out
  • Prepare and distribute meeting, schedules both onsite & off site.
  • Read and understand company documents.
  • word, excell & Quickbooks online.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
