Greenwich Management is a company with 3 divisions with Real Estate Management, Investments, and Restaurant located in the Galleria/Uptown area. We are looking for an Office Assistant to work alongside our team of individuals and has a desire to grow with the business. The right individual will be flexible with the daily office as assigned.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Compensation: 40 hour work weeks. Starting Salary is $52,000 a year plus benefits.
Requirements:
- Proper Phone Etiquette and Efficiency with Answering multiple phones
- Proficient Computer Skills. Working with Excel a must.
- Proficient Social Media, Sales, and Marketing Skills
- Excellent Bookkeeping Skills
- Attention to detailed, along with good Data Entry Skills
- Be able to assist with daily office work
- Assist other team members when needed with various tasks
Education:
- High School Diploma required
- Some College a plus
