Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group.

• Ability to carry out clinical diagnostic interview, arrive at a diagnosis, prescribe appropriate treatment.
• Clinical documentation.
• On-call coverage

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Nursing

Master's Degree in Nursing preferred (not required)

Nurse Practitioner Certification

Active, unrestricted Indiana RN License; eligible for Prescriptive Authority through application to Indiana State Board of Nursing.

Relevant clinical experience with the PC population

Pay: $81,556.80 - $108,748.55 per year
