Job Description: We are looking for an Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist. You will be working with our internal staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Posting customer payments by recording checks, and credit card transactions
• Updating receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
• Maintaining records of invoices, debits, and credits
• Keeping organized and detailed documentation of all correspondence with customers
• Handling customer disputes in regards to payments or invoicing
• Reporting monthly statements

Qualifications:

• Moderate understanding of QuickBooks
• Excellent computer skills are required
• 1+ years of high volume collections experience
