Job Title: Medical Biller - Dermatology

Our growing dermatology practice is seeking an experienced medical biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with eClinical Works and dermatology billing and will be responsible for managing the billing process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Process medical claims accurately and efficiently using eClinical Works
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
• Submit claims electronically to insurance companies
• Follow up on unpaid claims and denied claims
• Coordinate with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate records of patient billing and payment information

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in medical billing, specifically in dermatology
• Knowledge of eClinical Works software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT codes
• Understanding of insurance and Medicare billing regulations and guidelines
