We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team.

What you will do:

· Perform mechanical assembly of transmissions for tractors, buses, trucks and more! Remanufacturer of Transmissions and wind gear boxes!

· Assemble components to specifications through the use and operation of hand tools, as well as power and air-impact tools in order to install, fit, and adjust parts to achieve the required specifications.

· Verify dimensions, tolerances, and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to blueprint specifications, using instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges, Atlas torque machine.

· Identify assembly problems, notifying supervisor to help correct defects.

· Consistently follows and adheres to all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP's).

Qualifications:

· Must be very comfortable and have previous experience working with hand tools, power/air impact tools. Transmission Experience a HUGE PLUS!

· Good technical problem-solving and trouble shooting skills required.

· Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.

· Must be able to follow verbal and written work instructions/procedures.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Payrate: $21.12 - $24.82 per hour
