Job summary
The mission of the EU Hardlines Marketing team is to drive improvements in Hardlines shopper journey, as it aims at keeping customers engaged for established categories, while increasing awareness for emerging ones. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to work closely with our EU Hardlines Marketing team. The role can be based in Paris, London, Madrid, Milan or Munich. The EU5 scope of the role would also include marketing to acquire new customers and (re)engage existing customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital and offline marketing strategy to generate and nurture leads for the Hardlines categories.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in digital/performance marketing, marketing strategy & planning with a strong background in lead generation. You are a ‘hands on’ person with a high level of autonomy who is not afraid to drive results.
A successful candidate will be analytical, resourceful, customer focused and is able to demonstrate a proven ability to work independently across a number of stakeholders under time constraints to meet deadlines and deliver results. The role reports to the EU Senior Marketing Manager.

- Drive Customer engagement and program & events awareness through innovative and effective marketing programs
- Implement plans through project management leadership across a wide range of stakeholders
- Deliver detailed reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Use data to make real-time adjustments and proactively identify trends and opportunities
- Regularly evolve and present strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership via meetings and document writing
- Develop reporting methodologies and owns data analysis
• Highly detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and efficiency KPIs • Proven track record of delivering high quality campaigns in very dynamic environments • Experience in a marketing role managing digital campaigns across multiple channels. (client or agency side) • Proven ability to work independently, autonomously and deliver results consistently in a sales or lead generation environment • Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization and gain support for initiatives • Hands-on experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns setting up attribution modelling and full funnel reporting.
