Meaningful Work From Day One

Main function is to support the Brown Forman Marketing team working with the Marketing Manager to assist on the execution of JDTW annual plans and the rest of the Jack family and rest of spirit brands as Herradura or Woodford Reserve, in collaboration with Trade Marketing, Sales & Supply chain for the Spanish market.

What You Can Expect

• Provide support to the Marketing Team in development of Marketing Plans with specific sales objectives.

• Coordinates Marketing activities to reassure:

• Delivery and management of materials necessary for marketing actions.

• Ensure necessary legal and compliance requirements are met.

• Evaluation and closure of projects.

• Manage the creative agency to prepare briefing, follow up on timings.

• Support in monitoring the activities / promotions / communications carried out by the main competitors (ATL / BTL).

• Proactively prepares/collects and shares Best Practice examples for the key monthly/annual presentations.

• Establish and nurture effective collaborative relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.

• Budget monitoring (Invoice review, budget update, Invoice coding (to deliver to Administration).

What You Bring to the Table

• College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Business or Marketing

• At least 6 months of experience as an intern is Marketing or trade marketing roles

• FMCG experience

• Fluent in Spanish, high level of English

• Good level of MS Tools (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Drive as Google slides.
