WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a Brand Manager Assistant to join our team within the Home Care area at Unilever. You’ll have the opportunity to work with great brands like Mimosín.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the Trade & Marketing Manager in the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan (BMP), within the Home Care plan guidelines, to meet company goals.
This position is based in our Barcelona (Viladecans) HQ.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Support on drive growth of Home Fabric Conditioner business through the identification of consumer/product insights along with development and execution of the marketing mix.
  • Strategic thinking for long term competitive and sustainable growth.
  • Support to develop Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and execute marketing plan for Fabric Conditioners aligned with global strategy.
  • Project management contact with other departments as R&D, Supply Chain, CMI, Category management and Legal.
  • Manage Gatekeeping of your projects in IB for alignment and OTIF launches
  • Portfolio/demand space mapping.
  • Accountability for the analysis of the brand performance (including PLE) and business cases, understanding the drivers behind results and being capable to act based on analysis.
  • Assist in the brand’s day to day operational activities including monitoring of brand performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Build productive working relationship with Customer Development, CMI, Regional category team, Finance and Supply Chain to manage the brand’s day to day operations
  • Manage design development and artwork creation process

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3+ years’ previous marketing experience in an FMCG company
  • You’re creative, empathetic, and are passionate about brands & consumers
  • Project & People Management Skills
  • Strong analytical skills are essential
  • High level of Excel, PPT, and Word
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required
  • Passion for High Performance & Team Work
  • Business Oriented & P&L Management
  • Grado en ADE, Economía, Marketing, o similar
