We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Maintenance Staff member at our skilled nursing facility. As a Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry

- Clean and maintain facility grounds, including outdoor areas and parking lot

- Assist with the setup of equipment and furniture for special events and meetings

- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the supervisor

- Follow established safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment

- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and staff to address maintenance-related concerns

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- At least one year of experience in a maintenance or related field preferred

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
