Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern a long-term care facility
• Ensure that the nursing services Policies and Procedures Manual is followed
• Direct the care given by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required
• Must be able to lift/transfer a minimum of 25 pounds

Qualifications:

• TX LVN or RN License
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes

Requirements:

• Must be COVID Vaccinated
• BLS and CPR Certification
