What am I going to do?

Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with our company objectives
Design, prepare and execute tailormade onboarding activities for all new hires - introduction to different types of client accounts, systems and processes
Identify training and development needs in close collaboration with our team leads to ensure excellent performances, both on team and individual level
Create and acquire training manuals, guides and course materials
Implement various training methods such as online training, shadowing, coaching, group sessions etc.
Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback
Keep track of the latest trends in training and development
Maintain weWow company values and DNA to achieve the WOW factor within our team

Good presentation and facilitation skills
Enthusiastic and energetic people person who is able to motivate and inspire others
Strong design and development skills and ability to work from a general brief or concept when building learning content
Collaborative approach, with demonstrated capacity to co-design learning content with others to achieve team successes
Ability to build rapport with internal clients and other colleagues and to build relationships with people at all levels of the business and externally
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
Minimum two years of training experience
