Do you enjoy watching things click, hearing funny stories, singing and dancing, sensory play, pretend play, and having fun?? We are seeking an lead teacher for our Preschool Classroom in the Midland area. There are 16 children ages 2 1/2 - 4 years of age enrolled in the classroom. The classroom also has an assistant teacher; with a 8:1 ratio. We use 2 curriculums; Conscious Discipline and Creative Curriculum.

Our Lead teacher is expected to build healthy relationships with the children and their parents, help plan and deliver weekly lesson plans, maintain an age appropriate schedule, communicate effectively with parents via current technology, and use creative curriculum and conscious discipline language.
