JOB SUMMARY:

Plan all work orders by working with the technicians to analyze the job steps, determine their relative sequence in the overall job, identifying parts, materials, tools, competencies, and personnel requirements for each step in the process.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Document and sustain equipment maintenance procedures, tasks and schedule within CMMS
• Organize regular servicing and maintenance of all machinery and equipment
• Ensure that tools and equipment are correctly ordered and handled for all maintenance, repair and MRO
• Document and sustain equipment spare parts inventory in CMMS and physical location
• Lead colleagues on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting efforts
• Provide project management of other system planners or contractors to develop detailed elements of overall package preparation
• Follow all safety regulations and norms of functioning
• Partner with management to ensure a consistent identifiable maintenance program
• Maintain spares inventory and min/max replenishment levels for all machines, ancillary equipment and tool room

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Relevant Work Experience

• At least 3 years as a maintenance mechanic or similar position

Additional

• Experience in actively participating in the workflow. Practical not just conceptual experience
• Experience in working through details of a problem, overcoming obstacles and reaching a positive and successful solution through mathematical or systematic operations
