We are currently looking to hire behavior therapists to work with children and adolescents in our Natick center., Monday - Friday 9-5. We are willing to train the right candidate. Let's create a schedule that works for you.

Assist children and adolescents with developing vocational skills, increasing leisure interests, and expanding involvement in their community! Morning and afternoon hours available. Perfect position for ABA professionals to further their career. Will support those in pursuit of BCBA or BCaBA.

Competitive rates based on experience ($18-$25 per hour)

Job Types: Part-time and Full-time available

ABA behavior therapists implement teaching procedures and behavioral reduction procedures for children and young adults in their home/community and in our clinic in Natick. Experience in ABA and ACT preferred, but we will train the correct candidate. The position includes the ability to work closely with families to "coach" parents to implement behavior procedures. Opportunities to be involved in facilitating play/social skills in our groups and providing 1:1 service in our clinic. The ABA behavior therapists play a critical role in the progress of our clients.
