Job description

Project Manager will collaborate with several teams on projects throughout the division, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This person will be accountable for all aspects of the projects, including setting deadlines, delegating tasks, and tracking and summarizing progress through various reporting methods. Resource management for projects across the division will also fall under the responsibility of this position.

Note: This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to be in the office for at least three days a week.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact, communicate, and build relationships effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Additionally, the candidate should be adept at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously, as well as possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Budget management skills: The ability to prepare, analyze, and review financing plans and related budgetary information required for projects.
• Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a changing environment are also essential.
• Ability to demonstrate experience in effectively managing project issues, scope, and quality within the constraints of time and cost requirements.
• Familiarity with project management and the ability to communicate with non-technical staff is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, health information, or a related field, or an Associate degree with equivalent work experience is required.
• Grants experience is desirable.
• PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certification are a plus.

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
