As an IT data systems analyst senior on our Enterprise Digital Experience team, you’ll be joining a team responsible for developing an approach to objectively communicate the value and performance of our services. Initially, you'll adopt the continuous improvement of the data products in our Remote Access (RAS) value stream, and then work with the team to mature the data offerings across our three technical domains. You’ll become a subject matter expert on the tools used in infrastructure engineering, such as Splunk and Power BI. By partnering with our aligned data steward, you'll ensure the use of authoritative data sources. In this role, you’ll also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving data products that allow our teams to drive improvements in their services and to share results with our business partners. Additionally, you’ll present to peers and leaders to influence best practices on healthy data behaviors.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Math, Information Systems) and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted.

Preferred Skills

• Experience producing and owning data products / reports
• Proficiency in Tableau and knowledge of data governance best practices and standards
• Working knowledge of any of the following: Snowflake, Alteryx, Splunk, Power BI
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommend solutions, while being able to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Familiarity with methodologies & frameworks, such as LEAN, Agile, and or Scrum

Compensation

• $85,000-$99,800/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
