Inventory management and/or electronic inventory control experience.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.

Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.

Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral and organizational skills.

Calculator and Computer literacy and ability to follow an electronic inventory control program.

Experience with Microsoft Office products including word, excel and power point.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the leadership of the Central Stores Supervisor, determines shelf levels and order quantities using the computerized inventory system. Checks and maintains inventory counts. Creates and maintains department order requisitions and cart sheets electronically. Acts as department receptionist.
