Interim Manager, Adolescent Medicine Clinic & Ambulatory Float Pool in California

Join a California Hospital as their new Interim Manager of Adolescent Medicine Clinic and Ambulatory Float Pool!

The Position

• The Interim Manger of Adolescent Medicine Clinic and Ambulatory Float Pool will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations within the facility.
• The Interim Manager will provide leadership to nursing staff members and will ensure that all local, state, and federal compliance regulations are consistently followed.
• The shift is from 8:30 A.M-5:00 P.M.
• Ideal candidates will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active California RN license is required.

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• Each interim healthcare executive job has different travel requirements. Your travel, lodging and business expenses are covered by B.E. Smith and the client.
• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
