INTAKE COORDINATOR

Calm Pittsburgh is a diverse outpatient mental health therapy practice with offices located in Lawrenceville and Monroeville. Our practice employs approximately 20 clinicians and includes an active program for graduate students. Job Description

This position is responsible for connecting clients with therapeutic staff for best fit and assisting clients through the intake process. This position calls for the ability to communicate with a diverse population of clients and clinicians. This person will also triage all incoming communication to the practice to the appropriate people.

Key Responsibilities

• Answers emails coming into the general practice email.
• Schedule/reschedule new client sessions
• Work with clinicians to build caseloads
• Works with the practice's billing team to handle issues related to clients’ account set ups
• Acts as a liaison between clients and Calm Pittsburgh
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education and experience necessary for the above-identified responsibilities.
• BA or BS in Business Administration or similar degree or general business or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in the mental health field or a similar medical field is preferred.
• HR/Information management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office 365
• This is a remote job

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
