Job description

A successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Licensing Manager in securing third party licensors, negotiating appropriate contract terms and providing support on an ongoing basis to ensure a successful licensor-licensee relationship. A background in business is generally considered an asset, but this position is primarily looking for individuals who are talented and experienced negotiators.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company's core organization, product portfolio and strengths.
• Acquire a broad knowledge of marketing, sales and business development operations to support the company's growth plans in different regions.
• Learn how to implement and maintain information technology systems for internal operations and how to identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Gather market intelligence and competitive analysis for local region.
• Identify new business opportunities to support the company's growth strategies;.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
